The terms on which this practice operates. Plainly written, and intended to protect the work for both of us.
Engagement
Work begins after an application is reviewed and a private introductory conversation confirms mutual fit. Scope, cadence, and duration are agreed in writing before the first session and can be revisited by either of us at any point.
Confidentiality
Everything shared within the practice is held in confidence. Nothing is quoted, referenced, or discussed outside our sessions. The only exceptions are the narrow disclosures required by law (for example, imminent risk of harm).
Fees and arrangements
Fees are quoted per programme or per session and are due before the corresponding session. Rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice is free of charge; sessions cancelled or moved inside 48 hours are chargeable in full. Payment is by card or bank transfer.
Scope
This practice offers integrative coaching and somatic work. It is not a substitute for emergency medical care, psychiatric treatment, or crisis support. If a clinical need arises that sits outside this scope, a referral will be offered.
