Only what is needed to correspond with you and consider your application: your name, email, the answers you provide on the application form, and any messages you send by email. If we work together, session notes are kept privately by the practitioner. No analytics or advertising trackers are used on this site.
How it is held
Application responses are stored in an encrypted database, accessible only to Sheryne. Email correspondence sits within a secure inbox. Any clinical notes from work together are kept privately by the practitioner and never uploaded to third-party marketing or data platforms.
What is never done
Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or third-party marketers. It is never used to build lookalike audiences. Nothing you share is quoted, referenced, or made public in any form.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information held about you, correct anything inaccurate, or ask for your details to be removed from records at any time. Requests are honoured within a reasonable timeframe — usually within a few working days.
